Planning Permission

Depending on the size of your project it will most likely require planning permission. At LM Design and Build we have an in-house qualified design team that will prepare all planning design drawings and submit a full planning application to your local Planning Council Office, acting as your agent and dealing with all related items with the Planning Office on your behalf.

Building Control

Most building projects relating to domestic houses will require Building Control Approval, LM Design and Build will make our clients aware of what is required to fulfil all local Building Control needs and produce full in-depth drawings, specifications and applications to satisfy these needs and obtain full Building Control Approval
